A good build is more than the most expensive graphics card we can fit into a case. We ask the practical questions first, then match the components to your real use.

Parts and ownership
Clear expectations before we start.
We want the finished system and the agreement around it to be just as clear as the hardware.
New parts by default
We use new parts unless you specifically agree to refurbished components. If you provide your own parts, we can work with them, but those parts are not covered by our warranty because we did not purchase or sell them.
Deposit before ordering
A deposit is required before parts are ordered and is generally non-refundable. Once ordered, the parts belong to you. If you cancel, you can take the parts; we do not refund the deposit in most circumstances. We aim to handle exceptions fairly and reasonably.
Pickup or delivery
Finished systems are normally picked up at our Spanaway location. Delivery and setup are available for an additional fee when you want help getting everything in place.

Custom is the best route when you want a system designed around your needs. But we also carry some prebuilt systems, and one of them may be a good fit if you need a computer sooner.

We do not disappear after pickup.
The warranty covers the complete system under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or other user-related causes is not covered, and we’ll always try to handle concerns fairly.
