Privacy Policy
Who’s Your Data? LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle personal information when you use our website, services, or communications.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, company, service-request details, and communications. Limited technical information may be collected for security, operation, and troubleshooting.
How we use information
We use information to provide and support services, respond to requests, protect accounts and systems, send requested service communications, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for third-party marketing. We disclose information only where required by law or necessary to protect our systems, users, and rights.
SMS and mobile messaging
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. SMS opt-in data is not shared for third-party marketing.
Cookies and browser storage
This website uses functional browser storage for preferences such as theme and privacy-notice state. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, page views, general traffic sources, and site performance. Google Analytics may process technical information such as browser, device, approximate location, and IP-derived data. We configure it with IP anonymization and disable Google advertising personalization signals. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, form contents, or remote-support codes to Google Analytics. You can use your browser controls or contact us to ask about analytics-related privacy choices.
Social-media feeds and customer reviews
We use Trustindex to display customer reviews and Instagram and Facebook updates on this website. Loading these embedded widgets may cause your browser to contact Trustindex and the connected social platforms, which may process technical information under their own privacy policies. Direct links remain available if you prefer not to load the embedded feeds.
Third-party remote support
When a Who’s Your Data? technician asks you to use emergency remote support, the website links to SplashTop SOS at sos.splashtop.com. SplashTop provides and processes that remote-support service under its own terms and privacy policy. Only start a session when instructed by our team, and never post a support code publicly.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
